The Spring Daffodil Fair organised by the Anglican Women was held on Saturday despite the inclement weather. The decision to move into the comfort of the National Theatre was made early and there were many car loads of delicious baking on offer, along with hardly local plant cuttings, raffles and white elephant stall.
The champion daffodil went to Jenny Bunn, the champion sponge cake went to Katie Lyons and Children’s Cooking - Edward Horan, Charlotte Horan/Adelaide Etchell.
