Under the Water Management Act 2000, the NSW Office of Water can prepare a range of statutory water management plans covering aspects such as water sharing, water use, drainage management and floodplain management.
Kelly victorious in Eden-Monaro
23 Aug 10 | With 81% of the vote counted Labor’s Mike Kelly had gained 32,532 first preference votes to Liberal David Gazard’s 31,042, however with Green candidate Catherine Moore taking 6,779 first preference votes (9.2%) which will flow to Dr Kelly, he claimed victory quite early in the night.
