Another weekend of crime

30 Aug, 2007 03:47 PM
Braidwood businesses suffered another weekend of senseless crime and vandalism. On Thursday night the newsagency had its door smashed, although the vandals did not gain entry. On Saturday night a further three business were broken into. Finger prints have been taken from the scenes, and Police have identified the persons involved in a failed attempt to break into a service station the same evening.

Police have also identified the two persons involved in the theft of a vehicle the previous weekend, which was later recovered in Batemans Bay, and expect to charge them in the near future.
