Nominations for these prestigious awards have closed and are now being assessed by the panel.

Council is very fortunate to have former two-time world super bike champion rider, Warwick Nowland, as its 2012 Australia Day Ambassador in all three towns. Warwick will present the community awards at each event.

The first event will be at Captains Flat starting at 10.00 am for morning tea. The second event will be a BBQ lunch at the Braidwood Services Club and the last event will be an evening bush dance at the Council Chambers, Bungendore.
