Yes, Braidwood will be celebrating Heritage Day on Saturday, April 8, 2006. Our theme this year is "Our Golden Heritage". We will have our parade, the literary competition for our young people and plenty of entertainment in Ryrie Park.
But, as always, we need help from all of you. We are having our next meeting tonight, February 8, at 7.30 pm at the Servicemen's Club and we hope that many of you with creative suggestions will come. We already have our committee so you don't have to worry that you will end up being Secretary!!!
We have a lot to do in a very short time so please come and give our committee your support and make this Heritage Day one of our best. Ring Jill McLeod on 4842 2626 if you have any ideas but can't make the meeting.
