Australian Business Limited in conjunction with the Braidwood and District Chamber of Commerce is offering owners of small businesses a cost-effective program of highly interactive workshops that will help participants to develop and implement an innovation plan within their businesses and to measure the results.
The program is called Innovation and my Business. ABL Capital Region President, Dennis Coffey, says “The beauty of the program is that there is no theory. It’s based entirely on actual, real-life studies of businesses around Australia, small and big, who have enjoyed success by fostering an innovative culture within their businesses.”
The program comprises two half-day workshops, about 6 months apart. The first workshop will be held in Braidwood at the Doncaster Inn on Wednesday October 24, starting at 2pm.
The program has the support and endorsement of Australian Business Limited, the ACT Government, and the NSW Department of State and Regional Development, the Australian Capital Region Development Council and the Business Enterprise Centre network throughout SE-NSW. The cost for the entire program is just $99 including GST for each participant, including two workshops, resource materials, mentoring and refreshments.
Business owners interested in participating in the program can contact the ABL’s Capital Region office in Canberra on phone 6273 6555. Jill McLeod, President of the Braidwood and District Chamber of Commerce will also be contacting members of the business community with further information. Her phone number is 4842 2626.
