Palerang Greens Councillor Catherine Moore has won the 2007 Elioth Gruner Award for Landscape Painting for the second year running.
Moore, who is completing her Masters in Visual Arts with Monash University, submitted two oil paintings titled 'Entry' and 'Intruding'.
The prize is for students and is administered by the Art Gallery of NSW, with the prizes being approved by the trustees.
