The Captains Flat pool will as scheduled, however, due to unforeseen circumstances relating to water quality, the Braidwood and Bungendore pools delayed opening till Monday, 2 November at 12 noon.

Council sincerely apologises for the delay in the start of the swimming season.

"Given the weekend forecast for warm weather, this news is especially frustrating," said Peter Bascomb, Council's General Manager. "Council staff are doing everything they can to ensure the filtration systems are operating at full capacity."
