Cheryl Raper from BAVT commented on the overwhelming response from Braidwood ratepayers to the two scenarios for repayment of the overcharged sewer levy paid in 2007-08 in favour of an option to have to have the monies refunded through a lower charge for 2008-2009, rather than about $20 a week over 15 years.
Mrs Raper said " one of the most popular responses from residents was 'I probably won't even be here in 15 years!"
