In regards to my letter on the protection of Deua wilderness published in the Tallaganda Times (April 25).
I would like to clarify that I am writing as an individual and my opinions are not to be taken as those of the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Sydney.
I regret that the use of the School as my correspondence address may have misled your readership into considering my opinions as those of the School or University.
I am an honours research student in ecology at the University, and not in its employ.
I would be grateful if you would publish this clarification.
