The annual Braidwood Show is on 17th March and the Show Society is now calling for entries from single girls between 18 - 25, resident in Palerang Shire for the Miss Showgirl Competition. The new look A4 size Show Schedule is about to be released with details of all the entry categories for the big day.
Before that the Tarago and District Show is on Saturday on 27th January. On offer will be the now famous Tarago Pie dreamed up several years ago by local residents to promote the show and has since taken off. Ingredients include venison, vegetables and secret spices, and last year sold out early.
This years Tarago Show will feature former world champion and 7 times Australian shearing champion Ian Elkins vying for the $7000 Prize Pool, along with the Bush Fire Brigade Tug of War, flower pot painting competition, and Art Show sponsored by Goulburn Regional Art Gallery.

Then on the 28th is the 119th Annual Bungendore Show. Adult $10.00 Children under 15 years free. Camping $5 per night
