While some residents lay in bed listening to the welcome rains on Thursday night, a number of cars and business were being vandalised throughout the town.
A station wagon was stolen from Wilson Street and later recovered in Batemans Bay, while another was vandalised and had its' steering lock broken in Wallace Street, another being vandalised in Wilson Street. A business had a door smashed, while alarms were set off at others.
