Played at the Broulee Dolphins home ground Captain Oldrey Park last Saturday in front of crowd of around 600, with over 200 Braidwood supporters cheering on the Redbacks to victory for the first time in ten years.
Starting as the underdogs, Braidwood had a massive job to beat last year's premiership winners, the highly fancied and undefeated this season Dolphins.
