On April 4 we had seven for bowls and an enjoyable afternoon was had by all.
Good to see Kath back on the green.
Our fun trophy day on April 11 was quite successful with ten players taking part.
We welcomed Irene back to bowls this time.
A delicious lunch was served after bowls.
Later our meeting took place and trophies were presented.
Every player received a prize for different reasons, winners, runners up, losers, most on the jack etc and an extra prize for Penne and Heather for dressing up (white stockings, pantaloons and mop caps) - a pity none of us had a camera. Our sincere sympathy goes to the Shorrock family with the loss of their mother.
Members are reminded our next meeting is May 4. Hoping all can attend.
