SUB-JUNIORS

The subbies had a great turn up considering the cold conditions. Leroy Campbell-Davys and Isabella Hindmarsh showed how to kick and chase the ball really well as they followed each other around the field merrily. Holly and Brie Franz were back and played well during the game. Daisy Millpark and Bonnie Park did some brave headers and Harrison Wall was at his cheeky best again after an indifferent week last week. It was great to see Jai Bunn and Tara Norris keen to get involved and both took some nice corner kicks! Some brilliant parent participation during the game kept the kids on the field for the best part of the game as the Blues and the Blacks played an exciting game. Jackson Morris and Jake Waters had strong games and Eliza Wlasak quietly joined in most of the fun with some nice throw-ins. Leroy and Jake both scored early goals but the game see-sawed until the presence of Ben Castle was felt late in the game as he score the final 2 goals for the Blues.
