SUB-JUNIORS (3-5 YEAR OLDS)
A great roll up for the first week with plenty of keen kids to chase that ball!
Some good warm ups and practice to start saw Christina Culmone, Darcy Lyons, Ellie Bunn and Tyler Croxon have some nice shots on goal. Leroy Campbell-Davys, Logan Lo, Angus Stuart-Camenzuli and Jessica Watkins-Sully all had a good warm up and run around before the start of a fun filled game!
The game started with an own goal but we finally managed to get the kids running in the right direction eventually to see some close shooting on goal. Jonathon Coe and Willough Corby did plenty of running and Riley Nicholson managed his time on the field well chasing the ball each time it came close to him. Ben Castle tried hard as did Darcy Gilbert and Cody.
The score in the game was not important but I must say the throwing and kicking skills on display was very impressive for the first week. A big thankyou to all the Mum's and Dad's who got out there and helped with the first session.

This game was a lot closer than the final score indicates as the Dodgers took advantage of every opportunity offered. Some excellent defence from the Dodgers kept them in the lead and they increased their lead after a defensive error gave them a chance out side of the goal box.
