Last Sunday week, nine members of Braidwood Pony Club competed at Taralga and had a fantastic day both socially and in competition. Congratulations to Jack Tetley for attending his first gymkhana riding independently. Jack took out blue ribbons as the happiest rider and as having the cutest pony. Claudia Armiger is also to be congratulated on attending her first gymkhana and she gained ribbons in best pony club mount, F grade jumping and keyhole sporting.
Our other riders had some fantastic results. Emily Lavis was 10 year old Champion rider, Ashleigh Fry won the D grade Showjumping, Lucy Fanning won the E grade Showjumping, Eliza Tetley received blue ribbons in Barrel race and Bonfield bounce, Annabel Tetley was second in her Barrel and Bending races. Jessie Lavis and Rosie Fanning, attending their second gymkhana, brought home a range of ribbons for riding and sporting and were placed in riding pairs and in the team of four with Jack and Annabel.
