This week the Braidwood Aikido Dojo is training at the National Theatre. The four days of intensive training is being enjoyed by Braidwood students as well of students of Aikido visiting from further afield.
Aikido is the study of human relationships and the working of the body and mind. To understand yourself in the extreme situation of interpersonal conflict is important, as the whole direction of ones life will be determined by how one responds.
