 Scouts not just hanging about

Scouts not just hanging about

10 Dec, 2008 10:25 AM
The rock wall was the lead up to then abseiling off the bridge itself, dropping into open space to the river bed below.

Hannah and John have progressed through the Cub Scout Section and now have gone onto the Scout Section, looking to further their fun learning and activities.

The Scouts were in the capable hands of Barry Thomas, our abseiling Leader with the assistance of Anne McVilly-Price, our Scout Leader and Laurie Joyce, Group Leader.

Scouts is not about being in the hall all the time, our youth have opportunities for fun and adventure, out and about. If you would like to be part of the Scouting experience, give Laurie a call, 4842 8144.
