Braidwood Community Bank is pleased to announce that they are now the Volunteer Representatives of ‘Snowy Hydro SouthCare Tins around Town’.
Senior Manager of the Braidwood Community Bank, Craig Pettit said “The Community Bank is proud to continue our close association with Snowy Hydro SouthCare. Both the Braidwood and Bungendore community bank branches donate funds each year to assist with the ongoing costs of the organisation”.
Snowy Hydro SouthCare began in 1998 as the primary provider of aeromedical and rescue helicopter services to people in the ACT and South eastern NSW. Since that time, the rescue helicopter has completed over 5400 missions. The service area now extends north to Orange, west to Hey, south to the Victorian border, and up the east coast from Eden to Ulladulla.
There are now 750 tins throughout the region, with a target of 1000. This year, through the donation tin program, they are hoping to raise $50,000.
If you are a business owner in town, and do not have a collection tine and would like one, please visit the Braidwood Community Bank.
