The  problem is being attacked from the  wrong end. These people have overpopulated their own countries and destroyed their environment. Many have corrupt governments and a culture which is extremely different to ours. Treatment of Women as chattels,  girls denied education. Boys  denied books, singing and dancing and lack sports to use up their testosterone to take their minds off killing and rape.

The influx of these dependant people entering Australia has made it extremely difficult for young productive people to migrate here. The latter necessary to support our aged population in the manner to which we are accustomed. 

I am amazed that anyone could seriously think Australia should take the worlds 50 million plus refugees into this fragile 80% dry land unrestricted. We were informed for years that Australia could only provide water for a max of 25 million people. 

It is good fortune for Australians  that Australian farmers are amongst the most efficient in the world  and most are environmentalists who  continue their hard country  lifestyle on poor incomes. Most of our agricultural land along the coast is now covered with housing or hobby farms.  The infra structure in the cities can’t keep up with the demands of too many people. Sealing  the ground with buildings pushes more waste water into our oceans and causes higher flooding in our cities. Extreme climate changes are being felt all round the world. If we are going to continue helping other countries we need to keep Healthy, Wealthy and Wise here. 

Public opinion  in Australia has shown with complaints to spending cuts by Federal Government to lower our debt level that Australians are not prepared to put up with a lower standard of living while many  enjoy the fantasy  that money for funding comes from some mythical place, not our tax revenue . 

And we don’t want to pay higher taxes  do we?
