The bubbly duo from Chisholm have turned their love of the paleo diet and lifestyle into a huge social media following, publishing recipes for paleo dishes on their website and offering tips on health and lifestyle.

Now they are self-publishing their first hardcopy cookbook. It's called Make It Merry and has about 70 recipes for smoothies, crepes, salads, mains and sweet treats, including paleo pancakes.
