It will be held on 28th and 29th November.
The quilt event has become a Braidwood tradition that has truly come of age. This year will be the 21st anniversary and the celebrated event will be bigger and better than ever.
The main street will be a blaze of colour, hung with a multitude of beautiful, colourful quilts. Quilt shops will be represented in the markets in the park, and there will be other fabric and craft sales tables around town. There will be quilt exhibitions in the National Theatre, The Servicemen's Club, The Museum and The Masonic Hall. Internationally renowned quilter, Helen Godden will be conducting a class on Sunday 29th.
Adding to the Quilt Event this year Braidwood will also be hosting The FESTIVAL OF BRAIDWOOD on the same weekend. Many exciting and interesting events are planned. You will hear all about in the weeks to come.
