We are also refurbishing some old seats that were donated by the Gourlay family. These seats were originally in the Masonic Hall and were stored in Araluen once past their use by date. David Jones and the young men from Braidwood Central School are doing a great job on these seats and we’re looking forward to the final product.
A few of the more clever men also created a bench top to accommodate a sewing machine. Quite a good result.
Local legend, Neale Lavis, received a special award for being inducted into the Equestrian Hall of Fame. Thanks Randall for the extravagant trophy.
Our bimonthly meeting is on next Thursday night (6th August) commencing at 7pm at the Servicemens Club.
