More than one in three people aged 65 or over fall at least once a year and many fall more often. Stand strong for a social September and come along to a Tai Chi for Arthritis class to increase your balance and flexibility, strength and fitness, whilst having fun, getting fit and staying socially connected.
Ken Thomas and Sandra Hand run classes every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 am at the Braidwood Multipurpose Health Service on Monkittee Street. Classes are at the low cost of a gold coin and are run as part of Southern NSW Local Health District’s Physical Activity Leader Network.
