Under the direction of new President of the Braidwood Quilters Inc. Robyn Smith, the weekend embraced numerous events, pop up shops and exhibitions to provide a wide variety of activities and interests.
Wallace Street look resplendent draped with hundreds of quilts. This year’s innovation of quilted bunting filling the gaps worked splendidly.
The Markets were a hive of activity and Auto Show included entries from five separate clubs.
The Board and staff of the Braidwood Community Bank congratulates the community of Braidwood on a great event. Mary Mathias says “Helping to support events like this brings in lots of tourists dollars and supports the local economy.”
One wag visiting the Visitors Information Centre said, “does everyone do their washing on the same day here?”
