Braidwood Central School has continued their success again this year on the big stage with multiple successes at both Canberra and Sydney Royal Shows. Backing up from placings at Canberra they have taken out the major award of Champion lightweight steer with a Square Meater steer donated by Tony Carins- Charleys Forest at the Royal Easter Show. Show team members are to be congratulated on their massive achievements of breaking in and preparing 16 steers and 12 Texel sheep for competition. The strength and momentum of the team continues to build due to the perseverance and hard work of all involved.  Show Team is an extracurricular activity that complements the agriculture syllabus, however it is the life skills and mateship that is built from mutual respect of all members are some of the most important lessons learnt. Students are entirely responsible for breaking in and feeding of the steers and are to be complemented on the awesome results that are the envy of many a competitor.
