Tai chi is easy, enjoyable and safe. It is a gentle workout that incorporates tai chi principles for improving balance, strength and wellbeing. Classes commenced at Gundillion in late 2007 and on Thursday afternoons friends can be found in the hall or on the verandah getting fit and having fun.
