After some frustrating delays, Provisions deli and Grocery opened on Saturday. It was a beautiful Southern Tablelands autumn day as locals and visitors enjoyed learning about and tasting varieties of garlic from Wynlen House Slow Food Farm, and delicious sausages from John from Palarang Organic Meat.
