The quality of the Harding was mixed with the top local breeders showcasing quality calves. A yarding of 2353 head which comprised 898 heifers and 1455 steers.
Buyers traveled from as far as Coonamble,Cowra,Wagga,Harden,Albury.Cootamundra,Yass, Crookwell,Goulburn,Moss vale, Moruya, Bega and also the local Braidwood area.
The yard average was $803.05 with steers topping at $1170.00 to average $858.15 and heifers topping at $960.00 to average $713.00
Highlights of the sale of sale of Steers were: RC & D Grant sold a pen of 47 Angus steers weighting 347kg $1170.00; Krawarree past co sold a pen of 18 angus steers weighting 366kg $1130.00; RTR & NE Royds sold a pen of 20 Angus steers weighting 344kg $1120.00; Menzies & Son sold a pen of 20 Angus steers weighting 340kg $1070.00; Colombo Pastoral Company sold a pen of 25 Murray grey steers weighting 349kg $1020.00; and JV & NG Sturgiss sold a pen of Hereford steers weighting 340.00kg $1000.00.
In the Heifers: RC & D Grant sold a pen of Angus heifers $960.00; RN & RK Laurie sold a pen of 25 Angus heifers $830.00; JJ Byrne sold a pen of 15 Angus heifers $830.00; C & M Tetley sold a pen of 18 Angus heifers $830.00; JV & NG Sturgiss sold a pen of 17 Hereford heifers $800.00; Gum Brothers & co sold a pen of 12 Hereford heifers $790.00.
