The Braidwood Hospital Auxiliary had our AGM on Friday the August 5th. The office holders for the next year are: Patron, Shirley Shoemark; President, Frank Judge; Deputy President, Dawn Jonas; Treasurer, Jill Judge; Assistant Treasurer, Brian Carle; Secretary, Janine Young; Assistant Secretary, Jenny Marston; Publicity Officer Celia Roach.

The Auxiliary has a healthy amount of cash at hand as well as some significant investments, and have received a bequest of almost $20,000 which will also be invested. As the Auxiliary is a Deductible Gift Recipient, all donations over $2 are tax deductible.
It is an honour and privilege to be able to say yes to the requests for equipment from the wonderful staff at our hospital, and we would like to thank the community for your support. This past year we have spent just under $84,000 on equipment and activities. That’s just from our small community.
