Two thumbs up to Artie
Artie was a eucalyptus oil extractor in Braidwood during his younger years. In the early days it one of the main sources of employment for Briadwood. Artie was a keen cricket and tennis player. He is now living a comfortable life in a nursing home in Sydney. Only one other resident has lived and celebrated 100 years in Braidwood, that being ‘Red’ Bill Whitfield.
