The woman, who was walking her dog nearby the Wallace Street Early Learning Centre about 10:30am on October 9, was attacked by three dogs from two nearby yards.
The dogs first attacked the women’s dog, which was on a leash, before biting her as she bent down to free her dog.
Both the woman and her dog were injured. Police have investigated the incident and no formal action is anticipated.
