Joel was last seen at the Royal Mail Hotel in Braidwood NSW at about 3.00am on Sunday 1 January 2017. He may have been travelling towards the South Coast.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 180cm tall, of medium build, with short brown hair, blue eyes and a tanned complexion. He was wearing a Red ‘Rusty’ T-shirt, grey coloured shorts and light green shoes.
He may be driving a 1999 silver Honda Integra, bearing ACT registration number YLD36V.
Police hold concerns for Joel’s welfare and is urging anyone who may have seen him or has any information about his whereabouts to contact police on 131 444. When providing information, please quote reference number 6057428.
