Kids and parents gathered at the Club on Monday evening to celebrate a successful season of Swim Club.

The youngsters received certificates and a towel acknowledging their achievements in improved swimming throughout the season.
Special awards went to those who had shown significant improvement in their swimming.
Sienna Royds and Kayden Dixon respectively received girl and boy awards for the ‘Little Dipper’ group. Robert Hindmarsh and Frankie Doherty received the Novice awards. Junior Boy and Junior Girl went to Thomas Bradley and Lexi Dixon respectively, with Arna Dixon and Blake Doherty receiving the Senior Girl and Senior Boy awards.
Several special awards were presented to those who had shown impressive improvement and made huge efforts. An achievement award went to Isabella Hindmarsh and an encouragement award went to Amilia Coe. Lexi Dixon was club champion for the season.
Parent James Royds received the award for Club Person, for his special efforts marshalling in the pouring rain.
All present then celebrated the occasion with a sausage sizzle.
About 45 kids from Braidwood participate in Swim Club. They swim laps and compete with themselves to beat their lap time set the previous week. The season has finished for the year.
