On March 24, with the forecast of a wet weekend, around 40 members from the Braidwood Fishing Club headed to Moruya for the first family fishing completion for 2017. With the week of heavy rain on the south coast the week before everyone was prepared for a hard weekend of fishing, but the opposite happened, with good numbers of fish caught in the river, beach and outside.
