The visit, which we plan to develop into an annual event, provided the opportunity for the Bushcarers to work on, and visit, a number of properties in the district and talk with Landcare members.

The Lane Cove volunteers planted trees, conducted platypus surveys and visited local producers to see the practical ways in which farms are managed for production and conservation/restoration. 

The weekend was a fantastic opportunity for volunteers from both networks to share stories and ideas and to reflect on the results of many years of collaboration and effort.
