Police are looking at a possible lead relating to damage done during October at the Summerfield over-55s estate.
Between 1pm on Sunday, October 22, and 7am on Monday, October 23, unknown people entered the Little River Road site.
The people caused over $20,000 of damage to glass windows and window frames.
