Police recover body

Police had been searching for the man who had been reported missing. His car was found near the scene.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the man’s death and will prepare a report for the Queanbeyan District Coroner. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Police were assisted by both the Braidwood and Bungendore SES.

The body was located at around 5pm on Sunday.
