Picturing the land and river scapes

The first exhibition of “the ‘wood in Fyre Gallery” opened last Friday evening with an enthusiastic crowd in attendance.

The exhibition titled SCAPE comprises the work of two local photographers Kelly Sturgiss and Emily Hanlon.

Both photographers draw inspiration from the upper Shoalhaven landscape depicting the timeless beauty in familiar river and land scapes. and the prints are ultrachrome on a beautiful museum rag paper and were printed by the artists themselves.

Also showing in the gallery is some work by emerging photographer Tom Alder from Mongarlowe and 2nd year art student Janet Rankin.
