Between 1pm on Sunday, October 22, and 7am on Monday, October 23, unknown people entered the Little River Road site.
The people caused over $20,000 of damage to glass windows and window frames.
Bungendore Police attended the site after the builder reported the damage.
Police are investigating a possible connection with people in the employ of a glazing company, in light of a similar incident at a housing estate in Canberra.
The incident appears to be industry based.
Police do not believe any local people were involved.
Rural theft near Durran Durra
Officers from the Monaro Local Area Command are investigating an incident in the area of Back Creek Road and Durran Durra.
The incident relates to rural theft targeting firearms.
Police have reminded the community to take care to store firearms safely and to report any suspicious activity around their properties.
Police investigations are continuing.
Majors Creek Festival
The Queanbeyan Show, the Bungendore B&S and the Majors Creek Festival made November 10-12 a busy weekend for the Monaro Local Area Command.
Police are pleased with the behaviour of those who attended the Majors Creek Festival.
From a police perspective, the festival went smoothly, with no police intervention required.
There were no accidents reported among people leaving the festival.
