As well as their usual range of services, Service NSW is now a one-stop-shop for bushfire recovery assistance. Their bushfire customer care service has specialists to help guide bushfire affected members of the community toward the recovery support they need. Call 13 77 88 for more information.
Additionally, the Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council operates a bushfire recovery information and referral centre at the Old Braidwood Library, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Staff will provide advice, refer you to the best sources of information and, receive feedback about what support the community lacks and what obstacles people have encountered.
If you can't drop in, call 6285 6789 or email recovery@qprc.nsw.gov.au for assistance.
