Every Saturday at the Showground, 7.45am for an 8am start. This is a community event; open to all ages, physical fitness levels and abilities. It is safe and easy to take part in. Parkrun is a timed, 5km event and is completely FREE. Parkrun is not a race - and if you prefer, you can walk, walk the dog, or walk with friends.
