First Edition Canberra has partnered with Gintonica as Canberra's host venue for a Guinness World Record attempt at the largest Gin Tasting Event. With more than 60 venues and distilleries nationwide taking part, there's an ambitious target of securing more than 2000 people simultaneously sipping on some of the finest Aussie gin.

The Canberra event will be hosted by Philip Jones, aka the Martini Whisperer and will showcase a selection of gins, including the First Edition signature gin, distilled by The Canberra Distillery.

Gintonica' s David Box said it was all about re-connecting gin lovers with Aussie gin distilleries and bars across the country.
