Goulburn Mulwaree Council, Queanbeyan-Palerang will remain in lockdown.
In the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council area 64 per cent of the eligible population has received their first dose while 38 per cent are fully vaccinated.

Similarly in the Goulburn Mulwaree Council area 64.8 per cent of people have received their first dose while 36.1 per cent is fully vaccinated.
"Vaccination is the best thing you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones. Head to the eligibility checker and book into a clinic or GP near you as soon as you can. Remember, vaccination is a reason you can leave your house during the lockdown in NSW," a Southern New South Wales Local Health District (SNSWLHD) spokesperson said.
Meanwhile, Yass Valley Council and Upper Lachlan Shire Council will have restrictions lifted on September 11.
In the Yass Valley Council area, 67.3 per cent has received their first dose and 41.3 per cent has received both doses as on September 9.
A total of 71.6 per cent of the population has received their first dose in the Upper Lachlan Shire area while 38.1 per cent is fully vaccinated.
