There are no new COVID-19 case in Goulburn.
The Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) was notified of the positive news in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
Everyone in the District should be alert for any symptoms that could signal COVID-19, including headache, nausea, sore throat, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or fever.
If symptoms appear, people must isolate and get tested immediately, and remain isolated until a negative result is received.
Meanwhile, NSW recorded 332 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
One new case was acquired overseas, and 20 cases have been excluded following further investigation.
Sadly, NSW Health is reporting the deaths of two people.
A woman in her 70s from Sydney's north west died at Hornsby Hospital. She was not vaccinated.
A man in his 60s died at Mercy Place Albury Aged Care Facility where he acquired his infection. He had received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. It is the second death linked to an outbreak at this facility.
NSW Health extends its sincere condolences to the families and friends of the people who have died.
