A magnitude has 6.8 earthquake struck Mindanao in the Philippines, with no threat of a tsunami issued, a day after a 7.4 quake in the same area killed at least one person. The quake in the early hours of Monday morning was at a depth of 38km, the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) said. GFZ earlier pegged the earthquake's magnitude at 6.3.
