Committee Meeting next week 10.30am
Braidwood Open: NEXT SUNDAY, there are still tee times available. THURSDAY please we need all hands on deck to clean up the course ahead of the Open. We are expecting more strong winds this week and there is already a lot of tree debris to be collected, so please bring rakes and gloves and help out 10am Thursday 14th!
This week is the last week to play any catch-up singles & doubles first round knock-outs.
Last Tuesday, four lucky ladies were invited by our Buddy Club, Concord, to participate in their Winter Open Day. The day started wet but by the fifth hole the sun was out and the world brightened considerably. It was a team Par event, best score to count, and the ladies performed very well to finish third at +8. Everyone at Concord were extremely friendly and welcoming and we were made to feel very special guests. Many thanks to all the organisers at Concord and especially to Brian and Sue Ollerton for their hospitality and a wonderful dinner Monday evening, hopefully we can come again!
