Beware of birds on the road

This is when you will see plenty of birds on the sides of the road.

To avoid hitting and injuring them, please bip your horn as you approach.

This will allow them to fly off in the direction they wish to feel safe

and hopefully avoid killing or injuring them.

Please slow down a bit to allow them to fly away.

It doesn’t take much more time if you do slow down but could save a few.

I recently came across two ducks in different locations on the road which saddens me as they travel in pairs, so it’s sad to see one dead on the road.
