On Friday November four, seventy members of the Braidwood Fishing Club headed south to Nelligen for the year’s final competition.
While the fishing was not great, the weather was kind to us, which meant we enjoyed a great weekend camping.
The winner for the weekend was James Richards with a nice Bream and Tailor. The club would like to thank Bruce Stuart from Bruce Stuart Building for sponsoring the weekend.
The club held its AGM that same weekend with the only change to the committee being that Ian Faviell, after more than 40 years as treasurer, stepped down. James Richards is the new treasurer. The club’s presentation night will be on December 4 at the Braidwood Services Club.
